Marsh Harbour condo Rental Property Information
In your private island hideaway you will find a living and dining area, 2 BR (with a queen size bed in the Master suite and two twin beds in the Guest suite), 2 BA, (Master bath has a shower and the Guest bath has a large bath tub and shower), a fully equipped modern kitchen, cable TV, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, washer and dryer, and a private balcony with a view of the harbour. A queen size sofa bed is also provided in the living area allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6 people. Our management staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to assist you with your every need to help make your stay truly enjoyable. We are located in the intimate island resort, situated on the fringes of Marsh Harbour with easy access to beaches and a plethora of other amenities. It is beautifully designer decorated and provides the best of island living and comfort.

Rental Rates for the condo in the Bahamas
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Six (6) persons per unit, with a maximum of four (4) Persons over the age of twelve (12) and a maximum of two(2) children under the age of twelve (12).
Deposit:
10% Deposit is required at time of booking.
Balance is due fifteen (15) days prior to arrival.
Cancellation and Refunds:
100% Refund for thirty (30) days or more prior to arrival.
50% Refund for fifteen (15) through twenty-nine (29) days. - Crib Rentals:
