Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • From $2500 TO $3700. per Week....Sat to Sat......
  • Terms are 1/2 of rental fee with signed contract, the balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Rental rate is subject to the standard Florida 11.5% tax. Additionally we request a $500.00 security deposit which is refundable (trusting they has not been any damage) 15 days after your departure. $195.00 cleaning fee is also charged. Rates will vary depending on time and occupancy so please email for firm quote.

Pour yourself a cold one and float in our heated pool or lounge on our fabulous patio with orchids growing on the 40 year old sea grape tree and watch boats, sea birds and fish go by. The ocean is less than 100 feet from your backdoor. Our Home, a million dollar plus property, is furnished and outfitted accordingly. Gourmet kitchen with all the tools of the trade. Great dishes and glassware. Separate dining room inside, and dining area pool side with two barbecues, a gas and charcoal. Outdoor shower, and bait freezer, and great patio. Simply outstanding, we have spared no cost to making sure our home is filled with the very best of everything for you to enjoy. We are supplying the best because we want to rent to the best -- responsible people who appreciate quality, a beautiful home, and will take care of it as if it where their own. Our home is ideally suited for 3 couples, but can legally sleep 2 additional children.

You absolutely won’t be disappointed booking it. I guarantee you will want to come back again and again. Amenities: Heated pool, full size laundry room, loaded gourmet kitchen, full office, computer, DSL Internet, printer, fax, copier, two barbecues, gas and charcoal, outdoor shower, dive ladder, fish table, and wet suit soaking bin. Of course ceiling fans in all rooms and totally air conditioned. Activities: Anyone who knows Marathon knows how fabulous the fishing and diving is here. We are at MM 52 / 52 miles from Key West. Everything you need or want is here. We are located 2 blocks from the Vaca Cut so while you have instant access to the Ocean, in minutes you can also be playing in the Gulf. Every thing that swims in the gulf or Atlantic, swims directly by our dock. You don't even need a boat to catch anything you want. Just drop a line off the dock and heat up the barbecue. Dinners ready.

The waters in front of the house are perfect for Kayaking. The Dolphin research center is close by where you can arrange to swim or play with the Dolphin.
