Lake Arrowhead house Rental Property Information

This Georgia Lake House rental is located lakefront on Lake Arrowhead nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in North Georgia. Being only 1 hour north of Atlanta, makes this the perfect getaway! Lake Arrowhead is a private community with a 540 acre spring feed lake. This is Georgia's largest private lake. The lake rarely fluctuates and is one of the cleanest lakes in Georgia. The community offers a wide range of activities including 18 hole Golf course, horseback riding, arrowhead shaped swimming pool with life guards, and six lighted tennis courts. This lakefront home is located on Lake Arrowhead with a boat dock, which is perfect for swimming, fishing, and sunning. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, the house will accommodate 10 people comfortably. Lake Arrowhead Resort does not allow private boats and because of our sons allergies we don't allow pets. Smoking is available on the two decks and dock only. No smoking inside the house.

  • All beds are new. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The master has a view to the lake and opens to the upper deck. The second bedroom upstairs contains a bunk bed. The bunk bed has a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. The bottom floor contains two bedrooms. Both have king size beds and one room has a view of the lake. There is also a pull out double bed.

We allow smoking only on the top and bottom decks. Because of my sons allergies we do not allow smoking inside the house at all. We also are not able to have pets of any kind. We have a paddle boat on the dock that seats 5 people.

Amenities: The lake house has 4 bedrooms (3 king size beds, 1 bunk bed, and a pull out queen size sofa sleeper), 3 bathrooms, 2 sitting areas, 2 large decks, private dock (on the water), gas grill, 6 person hot tub, complete kitchen (with pots & pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, etc.), linens and towels, 3 TVs, 2 DVD/VCR, and laundry facilities. Free local and long distance calling inside the USA. Broadband internet provided free. Within the Lake Arrowhead community, there is an 18-hole championship golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts, hiking, fishing, and guided horse back riding with stables. All amenities are available to our guests

Activities: Guests will enjoy swimming, golfing, fishing, paddle boating, hiking, and horse back riding. The lake house also has a foosball table, cable TV, 6 person hot tub and high speed internet access. The view of the lake is awesome, you will enjoy just sitting on the decks and looking out over the water. Luciano's on the Lake restaurant is located on site in the clubhouse. All other restaurants are located 15 minutes away in Canton. Being only 1 hour north of Atlanta, you are a short distance away from White Water (30 minutes), Six Flags (45 minutes), Zoo Atlanta (45 minutes), GA Aquarium (45 minutes), Stone Mountain (60 minutes), and major sports arenas.
