Abaco Sea Fan and Sea Biscuit is a beautifully appointed affordable two bedroom, two bath private home. Abaco Sea Fan is situated on Kidd's Cove, Great Guana Cay, Abaco, directly on the Sea of Abaco. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from your screened porch! There are waterfront views from all windows. Watch the boats come and go while enjoying a cool drink. This private air conditioned home consists of an upper level, with full kitchen, bath and bedroom, with queen bed, satellite TV, VCR, telephone, with long distance block, usable with a calling card and spacious screened porch. All rooms have ceiling fans. $850/wk + caretaker fee. The air-conditioned lower level is a studio apartment with full kitchen, bath; two twin 'Bahama beds' and ceiling fans $550/wk + caretaker fee. Sea Biscuit has it's own screened porch, with spectacular sunset views over the Sea of Abaco. Enjoy the privacy of your own home while sharing with another couple or rent separately with complete privacy.

Enjoy spectacular uncrowded beaches, exquisite reefs, great local dining, all within easy walking distance from this comfortable home. Just one hour flight from Florida to Marsh Harbour, where you go thru customs, take a taxi to the Ferry Dock for Guana Cay, and a 30 minute ferry ride from Marsh Harbour to Guana Cay. Very easy and well worth it!

Lower level is wheel chair accessible. There is usually soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sun screen, shampoo, etc. at the house from previous guests. You are welcome to use whatever is there. When it is gone, please replace for the next guest. There is a public dock very close to the house for your rental boat, and a golf cart rental agency on the island. However, you can walk easily to beaches, restaurants, and shops.

Guana Cay is a friendly, clean, beautiful island with unsurpassed beaches and five restaurants for your dining pleasure. Snorkeling, beach combing, walking, biking, hiking or just plain relaxing, you cannot find a more wonderful place to vacation. Amenities: Gas stove, refrigerator, blender, microwave, 2VCR, satellite TV upper level, telephone for local calls, screen porches both upper and lower level, air conditioning upper and lower levels. Lower level: Separate and private. Full kitchen, twin beds, private bath screened porch. Views! Two biles. There is a Laundromat on the island just a five-minute walk from Abaco Sea Fan, for your convenience. You may rent bicycles and a boat right on Guana Cay! Within easy walking distance are shops, restaurants, spectacular beaches, snorkeling and beachcombing. Activities: Guana Cay has the most beautiful beach in all of Abaco for your swimming, snorkeling, hiking, beach combing enjoyment. You may dine out at five lovely restaurants.

Restaurants beaches and gift shops are all within easy walking distance. Enjoy the famous pig roast every Sunday at Nippers Beach Bar and Grill! Pool for use of all island guests at Nippers. Join the pot luck at Grabbers, each Wednesday evening. You may take a ferry from Guana Cay to other out islands, to island hop to Marsh Harbour, Hopetown, Man O War, Treasure Cay and Green Turtle Cay. Dive Guana on Guana Cay will take you on day trips snorkeling, diving, fishing or sight seeing. Boating, bike rental, snorkeling fishing and more to enjoy on Guana Cay. Check out our guest book!

Enjoy our two bicycles as you tour around the island. Participate in the weekly pot luck on Wednesday evening. Take advantage of Nipper's pool, as you enjoy your evening dinner out, or dine at any one of the four restaurants on Guana Cay. Grabbers Restaurant has a special three or four nights a week. Thursday is pizza night. Friday is chicken in a bag at Nippers. Docksiders is a lovely more elegant place to dine. Sea Shores Villas serves light fare and has an ice cream shop.

Golf Information: There is a golf course on Treasure Cay for your enjoyment. You would need to take a ferry, then a taxi to get there, or rent your own boat and boat over in about 30 minutes.
