Casa de Tres Palmas is equipped with internet access, so bring along your laptop! Casa de Tres Palmas also boasts a superior water purification system plumbed throughout the house. Phone outlets and air conditioners are located in each bedroom the living room and hallway. The two king sized beds have pillow top mattresses with box springs. Just off the bayside patio and master bedroom the custom pool beckons you to slip into the clear sparkling water for an invigorating swim. The private pool complimented with 2 sturdy tables and chairs plus 4 chaise lounges and pool floats. After a day of sightseeing and shopping, playing on the beach or a round of golf, how about a special dinner prepared just for you in your home. If you are interested in having a cook prepare some of your meals (at an additional charge and by prior arrangement), please let us know and we can make the arrangements for you.

Your cook will do the shopping and prepare your chosen entrée in your own kitchen, serve and cleanup. You do nothing but relax and enjoy! The next morning would be the perfect time to pamper yourself with a therapeutic massage, pedicure or manicure in the comfort and privacy of your own casa. . Come, join us in Mexico! Golf Information: Golf enthusiasts can take in the five local golf courses—all located within 30 minutes of Casa de Tres Palmas. The closest golf course is Flamingos Golf and Tennis Resort, about 10 minutes south of La Puntilla. Other activities close by are: Swimming, Fishing, Go-Karting, Snorkeling, Scuba, Whale Watching, Kayaking, Windsurfing, Boogie Boarding, Surfing, Motorized Jungle Tour, Water Park, Tennis, Beach Combing, Art Museum, Local Boutiques for Shopping. Casa de Tres Palmas is located 14 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta airport in the gated and secure complex of La Puntilla just 3 miles from the town of Bucerias where shopping abounds and where you will also find many excellent restaurants of varying cuisine. A 10 minute walk along the beach will take you to the village of La Cruz where you can buy fresh fish from the local fishermen or charter a boat for snorkeling, deep sea or bay fishing, or, just cruising the bay to see the sights. The City of Puerto Vallarta is a quick 18 miles to the south via the new 4 lane highway #200.
