The first floor has two bedrooms. One has two twin beds, while the other has a queen-size bed and a sliding glass door leading out to the wooden deck and sand area. There is a full bath on this level. The second level is the main living area. It has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, half bath, along with the kitchen, dining room, living/family room area, 62 inch wide screen TV and wireless Internet as of September 2006, wood stove, utility room with a washer and dryer. The third level has the master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, a full-size bath, and a sitting area out front with bay windows that overlook the ocean. Our captains wheel is a favorite fixture on the third level! Wonderful quality linens and pillows on all the beds!

We are conveniently located in the middle of town -- just north of the 'D' River. We share a beach access with the hotel next door; and there is an area to drive onto the beach just two blocks away for those who don't like stairs.

We have a wonderful beach right in front of our home, with lots of rocks for climbing and tide pools for exploring this is a great location for a romantic getaway or a family vacation! Amenities include.... ceiling fans, firewood, outdoor-grill-gas, refrigerator-full size, stove top burners, coffee grinder, balcony, dishwasher, ice-maker, toaster, blender, popcorn maker, 3 VCR, 1 DVD player, 3 TVs - one is a 62 inch large screen, TV + cable, wood stove, outdoor wood deck, lounge chairs, outside deck chairs, microwave, oven, coffee-maker, spices, washer and dryer, games, videos, books, paper towels, bath-linens, bed-linens, soap, CD player, ironing board and iron, radio, phones, off-street parking, walkway to water, lobster/crab pot, beach towels, beach/sand toys, stereo, Internet - FREE wireless!, hot water faucet, champagne glasses, the best stocked kitchen on the beach and exceptional sunsets!

We are minutes away from Regatta Park, Galleries, Wine-Tasting and Golf. Other activities...whale watching (and you don't even have to leave the comfort of our deck!), casino, outlet shopping, surfing, cinemas, wonderful restaurants and Devil's Lake. We are located 1/2 mile north of the 'D' River - which is located in the center of Lincoln City.
