Nestled in the quiet Clipper Cove Community known for its charming homes with pastel paints and white picket fences - it’s just a short stroll to the Sugar White beach. This sun chased home has a large welcoming porch for enjoying the sea breezes, the nostalgic lovely large native oaks, and the lush landscape. The large porch is perfect for entertaining, sunbathing, and dining. The cozy living room has 32' Color LCD TV/DVD and back porch. This high end kitchen is loaded with upgrades and granite and is fully equipped.The dining area seats eight. The three bedrooms have the following bedding 1.Master: King Bed 2. Full Sleep Comfort or Number Bed, 3. Daybed/Trundle plus 2 fold out beds. Master has balcony. Yard fenced for small pets. Less than 2 blocks from the beach or a 4 minute walk or one minute drive!!
