It also comes fully furnished with a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, frig with ice maker and microwave. All cooking utensils and linens are provided. So, sit on the balcony and have your morning cup of coffee while listening to the pounding surf and viewing the Emerald green waters of the gulf. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years old. Amenities Master BR has king and second BR has twin beds. Living room has queen sleeper sofa. 3 TVs with Cable, 2 VCRs and one DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen - Coffee maker, Cookware, Blender, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer and Garbage disposal. All linens provided (except beach towels) no linens to be taken out of condo. Free local phone calls.

Area & Activities Very convenient to Designer Outlet Mall and other shopping, fishing, golfing and restaurants. MAINSAIL HAS IT ALL: 700 feet of beach front, 2 Pools (1 heated), 4 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball, exercise room, saunas, outdoor hot tub, game room, covered parking and 24-hour gated security.
