Telephones are installed with free local calls so that you can pass the number back to your friends and family and keep in touch. . The villas will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Midterm cleaning can be requested for an extra fee (See price sheet). There is no smoking in the house or lanai as smoke alarms are linked directly to the fire department. Hotels and apartments just don't compare to the privacy and comforts of a privately owned house. No glass allowed in the pool area.
