The home backs to national forest. Yet is located in town with easy access to the three local pubs/eateries. The home is decorated with a 'lodge' type feel. The 2nd floor living room has plenty of seating with 31' tv and satellite feed. Huge dining area and kitchen. There are great views to be had out the expansive front widows of the home. The 1st floor has two full size single car garages. There is lots of storage and laundry facilities here as well. The top floor has the two bedrooms with huge walk-in closets, and full bathroom for each.

A short drive (20 minutes) throgh the majestic Rocky Mountains takes you into the heart of Breckenridge. Another 20 minutes from Breckenrige and you are at Keystone or Lake Dillon. Copper Mountain Resort is just west of this area off I-70. Buena Vista is a 30 minute drive from the home as well. This is the headquarters for many of the white water rafting outfitters and great fishing on the Arkasas River. Horseback riding is available throughout the area. The Alma valley contains the headwaters of the South Platte River that eventually empties into the Gulf of Mexico. There is plenty of wild life in the area including deer, elk, big horn sheep, mountain goats, and lots of other alpine critters. Trails are available throughout the area for hiking, four-wheeling, dirt biking/ATV, snowmobiling, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. This is an ideal summer or winter retreat with plenty to do to keep you busy.

Yet at the same time, you are away from the 'Big City' where there is a quiet small town atmosphere removed from resorts and traffic. It's a great place to just kick back and relax as well.
