Up two flights of stairs in a historical building, our studios SAINT SEVERIN have each 2 tall windows looking out on a pedestrian street. The studios are furnished with a double-bed, cafe-style table & chairs, TV and a folded twin sofa which unfold for a third guest bed. The kitchenette is equipped with two cooking plates, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, glass wines and all utensils.

Location is vacation! ( see picture of the fantastic location) Contrary to their claim of being in the true center of Paris, most Hotels and apartments are not. Apply the 1-minute-rule, ask are any studio you want less than 1-minute-walk from the river? Your studio is less than a minute walk, steps from the river in the historic heart-of-the-heart of Paris. Arguably the most lovely location in Paris, because a walk at midnight over the magic bridges will allow you to soak the wonders of Paris then walk safely home, after dark among all the tourists in the brightly lit streets lined with restaurants opened until 2:00am. HIDDEN SAVINGS: You will also save money. First by walking everywhere and avoid taxis and / or public transportation. Secondly, you will save money on food, the apartment is near a fantastic SUPER Gourmet Stores and famous fresh market “Marche Maubert” known to Parisians mainly, which offers the most delicious fresh and cooked food, cheese, bread and finest wines.

Guest Book Words cannot begin to express the fantastic time that I had in Paris. I believe staying at the St. Severin apartment was a great part of my wonderful experience. It was so centrally located that I could walk to almost anyplace. I loved the apartment! It had everything I could ever want. It was cute, comfortable and much cheaper than any hotel. Thank you for having Nai around in case I needed some help. If anyone asked me about a place to stay in Paris, your apartments would be the first and only on my list. I had so much fun there! All of the information which you kindly sent before I left on the trip really made me feel so secure and gave such helpful hints as to where to eat, shop and insightful historical information of the area.
