Palmetto Dunes villa Rental Property Information

You have found a terrific vacation villa, and we will take great care of you. We just had the week of August 16 - 23 open and will offer it for $850 inclusive. We also have weeks available in Sept., Oct., Nov., Dec., and January 2009. And don't miss a chance to try our new Sleep Number bed - so very comfortable. Hilton Head Island is beautiful year round and St. Andrews Common in Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful complex. Wall-to-wall windows in the living room and dining room allow you a view of the beautiful Fazio Golf course, lagoon, and swimming pool (25 steps from the private patio). Conveniently located in the center of Hilton Head Island, the beach is a 2-minute car ride or a 10-minute walk on a paved bike/pedestrian path. Shelter Cove Harbor is also a very short walk or bike ride on the bike path. Our villa has beautiful new furniture, new carpeting, new hardwood flooring, and even new appliances. It is in immaculate condition with new paint and wallpaper.

Hilton Head Island is located in the Low Country of South Carolina. The Island is 12 miles in length and 5 miles wide. There are over 20 golf courses, 300 tennis courts, 280 restaurants, 9 marinas and miles and miles of bicycle paths on the Island. And the beautiful, wide sandy beach of Hilton Head is impossible to resist.

Our villa sleeps six with two large bedrooms (one with a Select Comfort Sleep Number king-size bed, the other with two new twin beds), each bedroom with its own private bath. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room with a queen-sized Aero bed for additional comfort. First floor villa, no stairs to climb. Dining room seats six. Three televisions (one brand new wide screen in the living room, and one in each bedroom) all with cable TV. DVD/VCR player in the living room and a CD player. DVD is in the master bedroom and a VCR in the guest bedroom. The swimming pool is located only steps from the private patio which has an exceptional view. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy will take you to the Beach House, Tennis Center, Shelter Cove Harbour, and the Mall at Shelter Cove. The shuttle runs from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

With our keyless entry, there is no need to stop by a management company and pick up your key. Go straight to the villa! As an extra comfort to our guests, if you have any problems while on the Island, we have friends who live on the Island and are happy to help any of our guests. Amenities: DSL wireless Internet. All new furniture, full-size kitchen with cook top stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, full-size washer and dryer, telephone with voice mail, new flat/wide screen television with 2 additional televisions with cable, DVD/VCR, DVD in master bedroom, VCR in guest bedroom. Stereo with CD player. Air conditioned, of course. Newly redone St. Andrews pool. Cookware and super soft linens provided, 300 thread-count sheets. Beach chairs, body boards also provided. And lots of DVD movies

Activities: Swimming at the beautiful beach, relaxing next to the pool, the best golf anywhere, tennis, biking, shopping, miniature golf, boating, water skiing, horseback riding. Also, the new Palmetto Dunes Buggy to take you all over Palmetto Dunes - to the beach, to Shelter Cove for fireworks, all yours for free.
