Enjoy Space and Privacy with a Great Layout! The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths on two levels with 1820 sq ft so you can spread out and enjoy your space. The Master Bedroom with poster bed, pillowtop queen bed, computer with hi speed internet and TV is on the main level. The Master Bath Suite has a jet tub, steam shower, walk in closet and his n' hers sinks. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor level -- the Guest Bedroom has a queen pillowtop bed and sink, the Bunkroom has 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds with thick mattresses), which is great for kids. These 2 bedrooms share a jack-n-jill bathroom with tub and shower. The guest room also has its own sink. All linens are provided (and bedrooms have soft sateen or flannel sheets!). For even greater flexibility, a new and very comfortable pull-out queen sofa sleeper in the family room accommodates 2 more on the main level and there is another bathroom with shower off the dining area.
Amenities Galore! Because this is our second home, it is certainly not your typical rental. Guests really appreciate the little details that have gone into decorating and furnishing the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with numerous appliances (a gas stove, full freezer/fridge, coffee maker, George Forman grill, mixer, blender, toasters, etc) as well as loads of cookware and bakeware so you could really cook up a storm! We also provide staples and spices for your convenience. The main level has cathedral ceilings and an open floorplan -- the kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and family room, so no one is left out of the fun while cooking. There is a large dining room table that seats 8+ and the breakfast bar seats 6. Save a bundle! The owner helps guests find lift ticket and other discounts and there's a supermarket discount card attached to the keys!
Family and Pet Friendly with Tons of Amenities We have 2 kids, so there's a pack-n-play, baby gate and portable high chair. Although we don't ourselves have pets, I love dogs and know they are part of your family, so we do allow well behaved pets with security deposit and $10/night fee. There are great national forest trails nearby to walk Fido too! Other amenities include: * Full-sized washer and dryer and detergent provided * Jet tub and steam shower in master bath * Gas Fireplace * Family room with TV, VCR, DVD, X-BOX, movies and games * Comfortable and stylish furnishings. Activities: Skiing (downhill and X-country) -Snowshoeing -Hiking (national forest trails are a short walk away) -Biking -Shopping (factory outlets are 5 min away) -Boating on Dillon Lake -Relaxing Area: Centrally located to everything in Summit County -3 min to great factory outlet shopping -5-7 min to Target, supermarket and restaurants -8 min to Dillon Lake -10+ min to Keystone -20 min to Copper & Brekenridge -30+ min to Vail
