Silverthorne house Rental Property Information

Welcome to one of the Nicest Homes in Summit County. A breathtaking Log home, the Sebring lodge is a handcrafted masterpiece, built from large, Douglas Fir, Canadian logs. The Sebring lodge was built in 1999 and is located in a quite neighborhood above the town of Silverthorne in the heart of Summit County. It is a short 10-15 minute drive to all four major ski areas and only 1 mile to 80 Factory Outlet Stores, restaurants, and Lake Dillon. Every room has great views while four rooms have massive river rock fireplaces. Huge log beams, ten balcony's and decks, private hot tub, 25' Cathedral ceilings, warm In-Floor heating, and a spacious floor plan are just a few of the characteristics of this dynamic 4,400 square foot log home. Each of the five bedrooms has beautiful, Aspen log furniture and comfortable beds with real 'Goose Down' comforters. This one of a kind home, has three master suites, each with it's own large bathroom, and a door to an outside balcony.

We are located in a quiet, single family neighborhood above the town of Silverthorne. Our area is call Mesa Cortina and all the homes are on one acre lots with great views. We are a short 10--15 minute drive to Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mt. The sebringlodge has lots of shopping, Outlet stores, restaurants, and a great Rec Center within one mile away.

    Winter and Summer rentals Require a 7 night stay.
    Balance due 40-50 days prior to check-in.

    Refundable damage deposit is $350.

    No Refunds if Cancellations are after 6 weeks from booking, unless the period can be re booked, in which case, a one night fee will be forfeited.
