    Cancellation: Advance deposits will be refunded with written cancellation notice at least Eight weeks prior to rental commencement date. There is a $50 cancellation fee. If cancellation is less than eight weeks from rental commencement date, any loss of revenue as a result of cancellation will be charged against the deposit in addition to the $50 cancellation fee.
  • One bedroom villas are available from $119 to $170 per night or $750 to $1,250per week
    Two bedroom villas are available from $145 to $205 per night or $925 to $1,475 per week

Further Details for the villa in the Florida South Central Gulf Coast, Florida, USA

Each Villa offers a living room with 27-in TV, VCR, DVD, wireless broadband Internet, telephone and central AC; a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, blender and service for 4 to 6; bedrooms with plush pillow-top mattresses and a second TV; and a private patio. All our villa is at ground level and situated around our heated pool with spa jets. There are BBQ grills and outdoor picnic areas, as well as a laundry facility.

We provide beach chairs and a beach umbrella, but remember to bring your own beach towels, and plenty of suntan lotion!
