Come stay and enjoy this 5 bedroom, 3 ½ bath home on 9 private acres in an estate development just outside the town of Edgartown. Included with this spectacular property is private access to Edgartown Pond (1 mile from the house) and a private area of South Beach (accessible only by boat). Two double kayaks will be available for your use on the pond. The main floor has a living room with home theater, a formal dining room seating 10, family room with fireplace and kitchen with breakfast nook, center island with bar seating for two, granite counters and top-of-the-line appliances. There is also a half-bath and laundry room on the main level. All bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and with an alcove office area adjacent to it. The private marble bathroom has a Jacuzzi® tub with separate shower. There is another bedroom (queen bed) with its own bathroom which can be used as a second master. The other three bedrooms share a hall bath.

One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, one has a double bed and one has 2 twin beds. The basement, although not yet finished, is setup for fun and entertainment with a foosball table, ping pong table and bumper pool. There are a variety of patios, porches and decks from which to enjoy the beautiful yard including a screened porch off the family room. There are also 2 tennis courts about a mile from the house owned by the neighborhood association. The house is equipped with central air conditioning and most of the first floor rooms and all bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
