Your security deposit will be returned by mail within 30 days of checkout (phone bills can take as long as 30 days to arrive) less any significant damage, excessive electricity usage, excessive cleaning costs and/or long distance phone calls. Please no pets without prior arrangements. All rentals are subject to state and county tax of 10%. Deposits Are Not Refundable.
