Kiawah Island villa Rental Property Information

Our Mariner's Watch Villa is located on Kiawah Islands East Beach. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TVwith cable, DVD, and radio/CD player. The bedroom is warm and inviting with a queen bed, fresh new linens, comforter and blankets. The bathroon has a beautiful marble floor and tub surround, baltic brown granite vanity and maple cabinet. The entire villa has been tastefully decorated in soothing colors of soft green and yellow and features high end furniture. The kitchen is brand new with granite and travertine. The screened porch overlooking the lagoon is equipped with a patio table and chairs, a perfect setting for breakfast or lunch. Egrets and alligators are just a few of the native inhabitants you may see from this spot. The Atlantic ocean with 10 miles of sandy beach is only 200 yards away. The Night Heron Park, East Beach Tennis Club, Town Center, Sanctuary Hotel are within walking/biking distance. The beach path and bike trail runs right by the villa.

Kiawah is located in the low country of South Carolina near historic Charleston about 45 minute drive. Walk 200 yards from the villa and discover 10 miles of the best white sandy beach on the east coast. The Bohicket Marina is located nearby and will allow you to take advantage of all the water activities. There is also a lagoon directly behind the villa. Allie the alligator can be seen here from time to time. Charleston of course is home to some beautiful old plantations and their gardens. The drive into Kiawah on Johns Island is lined with beautiful old oak trees.

The utility room on the screened porch houses a washer and dryer. Amenities: BR Phone, Central Air Conditioning, Cable TV, DVD, CD/Tape/Radio Player, Books, Games, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Full Kitchen, Cookware and Utensils provided, All Linens provided, Beach chairs. No pets allowed and no smoking in villa or on screened porch. Activities: The best thing to do at Kiawah is nothing! However, if you are inclined, the beach is certainly the main attraction. 10 miles of the most beautiful beach on the east coast. Kiawah also has lots of bike trails to enjoy and biking is one of the most popular activities on Kiawah. Four world championship golf courses are available on the island as well as the great Clyde Johnston designed Oak Point Course just off the island.

There are also many tennis courts on Kiawah. In May of 2004, the resort opened the very upscale Sanctuary Hotel which contains many shopping/dining and spa opportunities. There are many boating activities offered at the recently renovated Bohicket Marina located just off Kiawah Island. Freshfields village has lots of stores to explore, a large grocery store with a full deli, and restaurants. Freshfields village is located at the traffic circle between Kiawah and Seabrook islands
