Our traditional old island home is located just 120 yards from the wide, sandy beach on the ocean and only 20 minutes from historic Charleston. Sullivan's island is just across the Inland Waterway with lush, semi-tropical terrain, historic Fort Moultrie, a lively and varied restaurant area, public tennis courts and an old-time playground with grandstand gazebo. Go crabbing, fishing, kayaking, water-skiing, canoeing, windsurfing and sailing in the ocean or the inlets and creeks leading to the waterway. Explore other nearby islands by bicycle, car or boat.
The home is just across the road from the very pretty path down to the beach.

Living Room W/cable TV, VCR; Dining Room; full kitchen with portable dishwasher and microwave; laundry room with washer and dryer. Ceiling fans in each room. Central Heat and Central AC.
Large, screened front porch with plush furniture. A winding staircase at the end of the porch leads to a rooftop deck, accessible only from the upper level, with gorgeous 360 degree views of the ocean and the island.
