Our Baycrest II beach house is very roomy . Our Baycrest II vacation beach house is a very roomy vacation home. The master bedroom has a king size bed (sleeps 2) and nice new furniture including dressers. The second large bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new dressers. And, our house contains 2 queen sleeper beds (sleeps 4). Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets and both bathrooms are full sized and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination. The other is handicapped accessible.
Home is loaded with new living room furniture Our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. We even have a desk for those who wish to bring a computer. Plus, the back yard is filled with trees and flowers and is much more private than a vacation condo or apartment. We also have a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, of course electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines. Our Venice Florida rental beach house is also a 5 minute walk to the beach in Venice and a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. It is also only a 15 minute walk on the beach to the Venice Pier and Sharky's where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset.
Lots of amenities Amenities: Includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, electric heat, and a washer & dryer. And of course a heated pool and screened in lanai. Plus, brand new color TVs, DVD player, CD player, phone, full kitchen including; dishes, utensils, cookware, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, washer & dryer, linens, towels, new central heat/air, ceiling fans, and outdoor charcoal grill.
