The elegant master suite has a king size bed and the second suite has two (2) twin beds. There is a queen-size sleeper-sofa in the living room. There is a convenient laundry room with utility sink in the unit. You can walk to a variety of restaurants, specialty shops, grocery store/deli, bank and cleaners. Water sports rentals and boat rides are just minutes away. A public "Trolley" offers transportation from Sand Key to North Clearwater Beach and going south to Treasure Island. Sand Key is approximately 30 minutes from Tampa Airport, 1 hour to Busch Gardens and about 90 minutes to Disney World and Sea World.

This unit takes full advantage of the settings abundant views and gulf breezes, further enhanced by tropical island decor from Tommy Bahama to its cozy beach cottage room.

The large eat-in kitchen includes all the comforts of home including dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee pot, china dishes, silverware, and assortment of glasses and barware to fit every occasion, pots, pans, and cookware. The generous large balconies have new outdoor furniture. Both bedroom suites have there own full bathrooms, hairdryers, large closets, clock/radios and phones. The condo has cable TV and an impressive stereo system that includes multi disk CD player, receiver, center channel, and speakers that are all tied into a new Flat Screen TV. Each bedroom has its own TV with VCR's. There is a full washer/dryer, linens, iron/ironing-board and beach towels and chairs. This private gated community includes 24-hour security, covered parking and handicap access. Indoor facilities include health club overlooking the beach featuring a weight room with exercise equipment, TV, indoor whirlpool and sauna/steam room.

There is a marvelous clubhouse boasting a large meeting room and entertainment room, a billiards room overlooking the beach and card room. The outdoor facilities features 2 tennis courts overlooking the intercoastal, showers, outdoor restrooms, 2 heated swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 large gas grills with sink and prep area all looking over the beach. The Crescent Beach Club recently completed a 20 million dollar renovation making it one of the most desirable waterfront living areas on Sand Key.
