Asheville cottage Rental Property Information

Located 8.7 miles west of the Asheville City Limits 5.7 miles off I-40. Only 15 min. to downtown 30 minutes (via I-40) to the Biltmore Estate and Blue Ridge Pkwy. We provide everything! The cottage sits on a 136 acre farm which is not a housing development, neighborhood or rental development - and is located on a dead-end road (photos show this very well). We provide all general necessities, you just bring your personal ones. The grocery store is less than 10 minutes away and a convenience store even closer. Our rates reflect 750 sq. ft. and 1 bathroom, but the setting alone Newfound Cottage is in reflects luxury.

For architectural interest there are half walls above the headboards allowing a view to the downstairs (full walls on both sides - one bedroom cannot see over into the other, they both just have an over look to downstairs).
