    Water, gas and electricity and hot water are included in the rental, central heating fee are extra (Euro 12 per day per apartment).

    The house is cleaned for your arrival and every Saturday. Bed linen and towels are provided.

    Maid service and cuisine ,normally not present, are extra. Guests should arrive after 5 pm. on Saturday and vacate before 10 am. on the day of departure.

    Cancellations and Refunds
    The deposit is non-returnable. The balance is full refunded if cancellation is made at least 45 days prior to arrival. 50% refund if canceled 45-30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival. However if you cancel a booking we will return any money sent (minus bank charges) if we can find another booking for you dates.

    A deposit of 20% of the full amount is payable to confirm the reservation.
