Exquisite antique furnishings, which date to the late 1800's, were hand selected and imported from Europe. Both bedrooms offer Antique queen feather beds. One bedroom offers a desk with wireless high speed internet access. Each bedroom is complimented with a full bath. The bathrooms are immaculate - all new with limestone floors, granite countertops and French tiles. The sparkling new & open kitchen has hardwood floors and granite counter tops with a cook top range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Its granite counter tops include a dining area for 5. The warm & cozy living room has wood floors, Waterford fireplace, and couch with full pullout bed, TV, DVD and stereo. Enjoy the views, through the glass French door, to the large private courtyard and potted flowers. The courtyard has an Italian fountain and green shrubbery that can be enjoyed on chaise lounges and wrought iron dining table and chairs.

A large gas grill has also been provided for enjoyment of our local flavors. The Beach Getaway is a rare high quality vacation destination in the heart of Santa Barbara! You can park you car and walk where you need to go while smelling the Ocean at every step. We even offer RARE off street reserved parking. We also do NOT have a ladder up to the attic/loft as a bedroom. These are key attributes that you must compare us to and essential to a peaceful stay. This is the best way to truly enjoy Santa Barbara.
