Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Deposits:
    o A deposit of 50% of the rental fee, plus refundable security deposit, are required 30+ days prior to the stay, in order to secure a reservation.
    o The remaining 50% are due 30 days before check-in.
    Refunds
    o 50% of the rental fee, excluding the refundable security deposit, will not be returned if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the rental start date, unless property is leased to another for that period

    Damage Security Deposit
    A $300.00 refundable damage deposit is required and returned with 5 days of check out.
