A 12.41% state tax will be applied to all reservations for up to July 1, 2010, then 13.41% tax after July 1, 2010. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $125.00 also applies. Payment method: VISA, MasterCard, Personal or Cashier's Check, PayPal.
  • To secure your reservation, we require a 2-night deposit within 7 days of your booking. The balance will be due within 45-days prior to your arrival, accept for Christmas through Feb. bookings, which are due in full Nov. 1st.
    A full refund will be given if cancellation is made at least 60-days prior to arrival. (60 days for Christmas rentals) A 50% refund if cancellation is received 15-45 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be given within 15-days of arrival unless re-rented. A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged on all cancellations.
