Panama City Beach condo Rental Property Information

You'll think you are in paradise when you see this beautiful newly remodeled efficiency condo. It has a private patio for enjoying an early morning coffee or just relaxing, away from everyone. It's on the first floor and is very close to the pool area, even though it does not face the gulf or pool. The complex has an extra large swimming pool as well as a kiddy pool. There is a pool side snack bar which is open most days from March through August. There are also picnic tables located next to the BBQ grills by the pool, 2 level sun decks, plenty of lounge chairs, shuffleboard, laundry facilities on every other floor. It is located right on the Gulf and is a short walk or a short drive to the many night clubs and restaurants in the area.
