Flathead Lake house Rental Property Information

Located on beautiful Flathead Lake in northwest Montana, an hour from Glacier Park, this beautiful five bedroom, five and a half bath home, sits on a ridge with a spectacular view of Flathead Lake. With lake frontage and dock a short walk or drive from the house, the home, new in 1998, sleeps twenty plus with lots of room for everyone. There are four decks to enjoy the panoramic view and it has a very large and spacious kitchen. It is furnished with new and antique furniture. Perfect for the family reunion or for a winter ski vacation--Blacktail Ski Area less than an hour away. The house has three levels. On the upper level there are three bedrooms plus the library. The Master bedroom has a king size bed. Next to the master bedroom is a bedroom with two queens. Across the hall is another bedroom with a queen. In the library is a queen size futon, a TV with Direct TV, and of course lots of books.

Location

Located at 26896 US Highway 93, Dayton, Montana, about thirty miles south of Kalispell, and twenty three miles north of Polson.

  • $4300 per week for up to twenty two people,
    plus cleaning fee of $270,
    State of Montana Bed Tax of 7%, and security deposit of $1000 for prime summer weeks. For early weeks in June or weeks in September, the rate is $3500 per week, plus the cleaning fee of $270, the Montana State Bed Tax of 7% , and $1000 security/damage deposit.
    Weekly rental rate must be paid in advance; cleaning fee, bed tax, and security deposit paid in cash at check in.
    More than twenty two people will be a higher weekly rate.
    Rates are less in June and September.

    If you book a week and later want to cancel after you have paid for the week, I will give you back all but $200 if I can book the week again. If not, you are stuck with that week and no refund will be given back.

    High season, from the last week in June that ends in July until the last week in August that ends in September $4100 per week plus cleaning and bed tax

On the middle level there is the kitchen, a bedroom with a king size bed, the dining room, a living room with a queen size sofa bed, a powder room, a stereo with a CD player, and a business nook. On the lower level there is another bedroom with two queens and a queen futon. Next to the bedroom is a family room with a new HD 36' TV, and another queen size futon. All but one of the beds and mattresses are new in 2002, as are the dining room table and chairs, the bar stools, the fridge. What isn't new is mainly antiques, such as the dressers in the bedrooms. BR B Amenities: /B BR Four decks, lakefront, dock, Direct Satellite TV in two locations, VCR, stereo with CD, washer and dryer, all kinds of kitchen gadgets and accessories, new side by side fridge, dish washer, two barbeques, two jacuzzi tubs in two of the bedrooms, and garage. And now WI-FI.

BR B Activities: /B BR Hiking in Glacier Park, hiking in the Bob Marshall Wilderness, Boating and Swimming on Flathead Lake, Fishing on Flathead Lake or Lake Mary Ronan, whatever you want to do in the Great Outdoors of Northwest Montana!!!! BR B Area: /B BR Located just off of Highway 93, between Polson and Kalispell, between mile marker 84 and 83, approximately 23 miles north of Polson and 30 miles south of Kalispell, thirty miles from Bigfork. It is approximately 3/4 of a mile north of the blinking yellow light at Dayton on Highway 93, the first legal right hand turn after the blinking light as you go north on 93, on the right.
