Brand new appliances - stove, refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher - in the kitchen, which also features a breakfast bar from which you can gaze out onto the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Toaster, coffeemaker, blender, dishes, cookware and flatware are also included for your convenience. A full-size washer and dryer is in the unit.

The bedroom features a king size bed with new mattress, full bath, and walk-in closet. Enjoy Gulf views from the master bedroom through the adjacent balcony, which includes a bistro table and chairs for your dining and viewing pleasure. A queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room. Enjoy high definition TV with a 37 inch flat screen LCD TV in the living room.

There are 2 beach chairs and umbrellas at the condo, as well as beach towels for use by the pool or beach.
