Meredith house Rental Property Information

Very private well kept 1500 square foot white house with green shutters. Outside of house is 1940 vintage, inside is completely modernized, all except the living room with it's knotty pine walls and center place fireplace. The property has lots of woods and fields around it, about three acres to run and play in plus an adjacent 15 acres of woods with tall pines to walk through. Our Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront on beautiful Meredith Bay is where we have a dock and swimming area in the crystal clear waters shared with four small condos, all just a two minute walk down our nature pathway. The shallowest water depth is about one and a half feet deep with a sandy bottom which gradually gets deeper, enough so that you can dive off our 30 foot docks. Our Cottage has three large bedrooms, one with a double bed, other with a double and single, the third bedroom with two single beds is in our loft. Full bath includes shower and tub.

White Mountains only one hour north. Atlantic ocean only one and a half hours away. Two hours from Boston. Local activities are abundant including a number of fine dining and casual restaurants, many fine shops of crafts, clothing, gifts and antiques. Golf courses, hiking, Weirs Beach, The cruise ship Mt Washington, which has scheduled tours all around the lake, docks at Meredith town docks only one mile from cottage.

  • $1300-1300/Week
  • Week starts Saturday to Saturday,in by3pm and out by 10am. Weeks available for 2007 season: 6/23/07 through 9/3/07, Labor Day.
    Our rate is $1300 per week plus a charge of $75.00 for the cost of cleaning & trash pick up. Additionally, a refundable charge of $500 for any damage or missing items on the property.
  • $1,250 per month beginning September for an eight to nine month period.
