Puerto Morelos villa Rental Property Information

Beautiful slice of paradise. 'On the Sand' Caribbean beach villa is very romantic and private. Casa Manana is located 15 miles south of the Cancun Airport and 30 minutes south of Cancun and the hotel zone. Because of the Casa's location, you have all the conveniences of a central location such as easy drives to the big city of Cancun and other tourist destinations, yet you are able to escape back to a beautiful, private location to relax and enjoy the beauty of a huge white sand beach and the turquoise Caribbean waters. Casa Manana is a 2,300 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 4 baths. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and each has a private bath. There are two bedrooms in the main villa and a third bedroom which is a studio apartment with a private entrance. The studio apartment is in the same structure, is included with the rental of the house, and never rented separately. The casa comfortably sleeps 6. All rooms have great views of the Caribbean.

If you want groceries in the casa when you arrive, it can be arranged if you provide a list of items needed; the service charget is $30 plus the cost of the groceries. We have an english/speaking American manager that lives within walking distance of the casa so that all your questions are easily responded to and all other needs are easily taken care of.

There is a large private sun deck beach side, with sun and shade areas and an outdoor dining table. The road side of the casa is completely walled in making a wonderful play area for children and also includes a barbacue area. Other features include a balcony off the main bedrooms, parking in front of the casa, a fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, and living room. Casa Manana is located on the beach 1.3 miles north of Puerto Morelos, Mexico. Puerto Morelos is a small Mayan fishing village of about 2000 people. It is located 14 miles south of the Cancun Airport. The road to Puerto Morelos is a new modern divided 4-lane highway. To walk to town, it is 40 minutes down the beach. Puerto Morelos has a grocery store, liquor store, drug stores, ATM machines, internet access, dive shops, fishing and snorkeling excursions, daily 'local catch' fish and lobster, several excellent restaurants and a town square where you can go and just relax.
