The property is situated on a private road, only 3/10 of a mile from Woodneck Beach, one of Falmouth's finest residents only, westerly facing beaches. Short walk to Beebe Woods - a 400 acre conservation area with miles of walking and biking trails. The home is one level, with open floor plan and a new fully equipped (even the lobster pot !!) contemporary kitchen. Open beam ceilings though out, with ceiling fans in all the rooms.
