Off-street parking for 5 vehicles (2 in garage, 3 in driveway). Take dips in your private pool & spa day or night. The pool area is located on a larger then usual piece of land with beautifully well maintained palms, trees and lush plantings. There are no neighbors behind the house. A great deal of care went into the purchase and decorating of our home away from home. Amenities: High-speed broadband wireless web access, washer and dryer, heated & lighted pool & spa, master suite with balcony view of city lights, air conditioned, BBQ grill, 2 fireplaces (one between Master bedroom & Master bath), whole house intercom with music, 3 car garage + 2 car driveway, 2 VCRs, 1 DVD player, 3 TVs + digital cable on one, office with computer, printer and phone/fax, 5 telephones. Kitchen - All amenities for entertaining. Linens & Towels provided. Bedding - 1 king, 2 queens, 4 twins, and a queen sofa bed. Activities: We are a 12 - 15 minute drive to the Las Vegas Strip. Our location in the Green Valley area of Henderson is ideal for day trips to many locations.

We are in golfing country with the closest public course (Legacy Golf Course, where they hold the US Open qualifying) only two blocks away. There is an enormous 24 hour health club right nearby, with an indoor lap pool and baby sitting service. You are walking distance to; Three Banks, a Medical Center, Smith's 24 hour supermarket, Starbucks Coffee, Rubios Mexican, Manhattan Bagel, Pizza Hut, Subway, Pick up Stix Chinese and Cold Stone Ice Cream, just to name a few. Area: We are located an easy 20 minute drive to Lake Mead and 10 minutes beyond the Lake is Hoover Dam. There is hiking, biking, horseback riding, skiing on Mount Charleston, State Parks like; the Valley of Fire, Death Valley, Zion & Brice Canyons(that can be done in a day trip)great shopping and of course gaming.
