Amenities, Activities & Area Central A/C, washer/dryer, linens included, dishwasher, telephone, microwave, dishes/utensils provided, high-speed wireless Internet, TVs (digital cable), DVD, CD Stereo, ceiling fans, outdoor gas grill, beach chairs and beach toys. No pets/smoking permitted. Departure cleaning included in rental. Nearby Bohicket Marina for boat rentals and deep sea fishing. Canoeing, kayaking, crabbing, shrimping, and fishing in the nearby tidal marshes and creeks. And, of course, tons of golf and tennis. Our home is on a quiet cul-de-sac in the West Beach Village area, just a short stroll from the Straw Market, bicycle rentals, and Cougar Point golf course. Spacious screened porch with rocking chairs overlooks the third tee box.

Lagoon view from upper deck. The trees surrounding the house create a feeling of privacy. We have been awarded a Silver Sweetgrass Award for natural landscaping by the Kiawah Conservancy. Beach access through single-level boardwalk is a 10-min. walk or even shorter bike ride. Abundant parking nearby if you take your car to the beach. We are .3 miles from the main security gate and only 2.3 miles from the Freshfields shops.
