We have a one bedroom BEACHSIDE Seascape Villa located 170 yards from the beach. (Not Ocean View) It is beautifully furnished throughout and features a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. It has one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a large screened in porch and a washer/dryer. The villa is located in the Wsst Beach Village just steps from the strawmarket and close proximity to the new Freshfields Village Complex.,

When you rent from us you are treated as a full Kiawah Island guest. You are able to use their pools and the island shuttle for free. You get Kiawah Island resort guest rates for golf, tennis and other resort activities. Sorry, there is no smoking and no pets. The villa is equipped with a full stereo, VCR, two televisions and beach chairs.

Our rates include the Kiawah Island Amenity Fee.
