Sunset Beach condo Rental Property Information

This luxurious resort vacation 3 bedroom condo rental is located at Sea Trail Resort in Sunset Beach (1 mile from beach) and overlook one of the resort's three signature golf courses (Dan Maples, Willard Byrd, and Rees Jones). All condos have all the amenities of home (fully furnished kitchens, separate dining area, large living room with large TV and VCR/DVD, washer and dryer, etc.) and are great places for families, honeymooners, and vacationers alike. The condos range in size from the 900-1,100 square foot one bedroom villa to the 2,400 square foot four bedroom, four bath unit. Some units have king beds in at least one bedroom and other have 2 full/double beds or a queen and a double bed per bedroom. Many units also have sleeper sofas. Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are furnished along with salt, pepper, various herbs and spices, trash bags, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent.

The Grand Strand area hosts numerous 'Live Entertainment Theaters' .. featuring shows by the popular group Alabama, world champion exhibition ice skating, and spectacular 'Western' shows.The Grand Strand/Myrtle Beach area has already become known as 'the Branson of the South'. The climate is always pleasant. The average temperature ranges from an average low of 54 in January, to a high of 82 in July.

Rental Policies: Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 PM; check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. Reservations/Cancellation information: A $300 deposit or 30% of the rental amount, whichever is more, is required to confirm your reservation for weekly rentals. A deposit of $100 is required for 2-3 day rentals. The balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival or payment in full is due at time of confirmation if less than 30 days prior to your arrival. Visa and MasterCard charge cards & personal checks are accepted.

Golf Information: There are 3 golf courses at the resort plus another 100 courses within a one hour drive. Of the 100 courses, approximately 40 are within a 15 minute drive. The Grand Strand/Myrtle Beach area is known as the golf capital of the world.
