Smoking permitted only outside. All occupants must take all ultimate precautions when near the ocean lava bluffs and all liability remains with those wishing to go near the ocean lava bluffs. The lava surface can be very slick and dangerous. Children must be watched at all times as the property is not fenced and is ocean front. Parents and/or caretakers of children accept all responsibilty and liability for the safety of themselves and their children. There is no computer or internet access at the house. There is occasional DSL broadcast that can be received from neighbors.
