Waimanalo house Rental Property Information

Sea Breeze accentuates fine detail in artful paintings, fine tile work, and lots of windows. This unique house was completely renovated and lends itself to large open family gatherings. The kitchen is gourmet style with abundant counter space, and the barbeque is gassed up and ready to go. This is it. You found your spot by the beach. The water falling into the koi pond puts you to sleep every time you sit there. When you open your eyes you see the Ko'olau Mountains and you notice the wind has picked up by the dancing palms. Now it's time to grab a boogie board and the cooler and hit the beach. Afterwards you relax in the hot tub with the awesome view. Sea Breeze has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, kitchenette, large living room with wrap around louvered windows, tropical garden with koi pond and waterfall, Jacuzzi, hammock, hammock swing, tiered garden with different sitting areas.

Our property is located in the neighborhood of Waimanalo, a small town on the East side of Oahu. We are about 30 minutes from the airport and Waikiki/Honolulu and Pearl Harbor; about 45 minutes to the Polynesian Cultural Center; about an hour from the North Shore. Our house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to Waimanalo Beach..... 5 miles of white sand, islands off shore, no tourists to speak of. We have a local bakery that have fresh, hot donuts in the mornings, a couple of Mom/Pop grocery stores, a surf shop, a local art gallery, and a couple of take out plate lunch places. You can get to bigger grocery shopping and a Costco within 15 minutes of the house.

If you and your family want to kick back, swim, boogie board, drink Mai Tais, and relax, then you found your home away from home. When you come to Hawaii it's tempting to drive all around the island looking for that special spot. If you stay here, you'll save yourself a lot of time because you'll be on one of the most beautiful beaches on Oahu. This house has it all...boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels, gas BBQ, and a hammock under the palm trees on the upper tier of the garden. The Ko'olau Mountains glow in the early morning sun rising over Rabbit Island. A short walk down the beach, turtles are sunning themselves on the rocks, and you're starting to wonder. 'Can I find a job here?!' Amenities: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a/c, Jacuzzi, tropical garden with koi pond and water fall, TV/DVD/VCR/Cable, phone, stereo/CD player, washer/dryer, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels, etc.
