Rental Rates for the condo in Naples Area, Florida, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

The bedroom has a king sized bed, color TV with remote, VCR and a separate dressing area and large closet. The bath has a large step-in shower. Condo rules prohibit pets and more than 2 adults to a unit. Large heated pool, spa, BBQ's poolside, washer and dryer in the unit, cable TV. Guests are asked to smoke only on the lanai. Condo rules prohibit pets. Old Naples shopping, fine dining, art galleries, boat rental, excursions on the bay and deep sea fishing all within easy walking distance both 5th Ave and Third St (a little farther). Beach is walkable. Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants, tourist trolleys, churches, beach, boat rentals are across the street, and many, many golf courses nearby.

Restrictions Rentals during the season are Saturday to Saturday. One week minimum rental. Pets or animals of any kind are prohibited by condominium rules. Limit on occupants, 2 adults, one small child (toddler). No smoking in doors, No motorcycles or pickup trucks (condo rules).
