The Palms Villa Over 1500 sq ft and beautifully appointed with french terracotta and marble flooring, Danish furnishings, private tropical gardens, and a private in ground spa. The Palms is a large flat with a very large private garden and two living rooms, one of which easily converts to a 3rd bedroom. From the beautiful great room, French doors open to a huge private tropical garden area with palm trees, hammocks, cozy brick patios and decks surrounded by tropical flowers, and an in ground spa.

Villa went through a 6 month renovation which lots of custom tile work, hardwood floors, beautiful custom staircases, and new Danish furnishing throughout. Villa is a very comfortable and private beach home which is perfect for relaxing by the ocean or as a home base for Florida travel. It has a large kitchen and living rooms, master bedrooms with king bed, twins in the guest rooms, and fold out futon couches in the living rooms. Everything you need for a beach holiday is provided, from beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, to microwaves and washer/dryers. In 2003 we added the 'Blue Moon', our big offshore sailing cat to the Bungalow amenities, and if the winds are right you're welcome to come for a ride with us. Plus we will gladly help arrange airboat rides in the everglades, surfing lessons, moonlit horseback rides, etc, etc, etc. Please contact us for more info, and I hope you get the opportunity to stay with us and enjoy our beach.

We can help arrange all sorts of stuff like airboat rides in the everglades, moonlit horseback rides, surfing lessons for the kids, fishing trips, sailing on the Indian River, kayaking, windsurfing, jet skiing, and who knows what else, Plus you can head down the beach to Sebastion Inlet or up the beach to Cocoa Beach. Skiing Information: Our beach is a big Florida surf beach with claim to a 4 time world champ, so there's always some cool surf action going on up at the 'boardwalk' and meanwhile, our whole little town is all about family beach fun. We've got 12 cops in a one square mile town, so you'd be hard pressed to find a safer beach location. During the summer months, a stroll down the beach at night will reveal 4 foot long Loggerhead turtles crawling up to the dune line to lay their eggs. We had over 9000 nests last year. During the day you'll see porpoises and pelicans while you play in the warm gulf stream water. It's a wonderful place for a beach holiday.

Golf Information: We can help arrange all sorts of stuff like airboat rides in the everglades, moonlit horseback rides, surfing lessons for the kids, fishing trips, sailing on the Indian River, kayaking, windsurfing, jet skiing, and who knows what else, Plus you can head down the beach to Sebastion Inlet or up the beach to Cocoa Beach. And then there are the attractions. Spaceport USA with its shuttle and rocket launches We are literally the Closest Beach to Disney, plus there are the other Orlando attractions including SeaWorld, Universal, MGM, CityWalk, and cool old Gatorland. Our central location makes nearly everything in Florida within reach. Area: Our oceanfront villas sit just a couple of blocks down the beach from the 'action' of our little beach town. The villas are private, large, and very comfortable; and restaurants, surf shops, ice cream parlors, and Bizzarro Bros' Pizza are just a stroll away.
