Breckenridge condo Rental Property Information

Our peaceful condo is surrounded by evergreens with the sweet smell of pine and the fresh air of the mountains. It is just a short walk (about 400 yards) to the Peak 9 Quick Silver Lifts and two blocks from historic downtown Breckenridge. It is perfect for couples and small families looking for a mountain getaway! Inside our condo is decorated Colorado Style with rustic log accents, art from local artists, a romantic gas fireplace, a cozy sleeper sofa and two lounge chairs. The bedroom has a huge new luxury king size bed piled with pillows and as many warm blankets as you will need. There is an antique rocker, dresser, and a full mirrored closet. There is a pool house 20 yards away that has a large outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, two indoor Jacuzzis, saunas and shower rooms that are all available to use during the ski season and again from Memorial Day thru Labor Day.

    To make your reservation today, we ask for a 50% deposit and the other 50% thirty days prior to your arrival. Call us at (970)282-1839 for a credit card payment or let us know 'the check is in the mail' and we will 'hold' your reservation for up to 7 days. We need the dates requested for your reservation, your name, phone number and billing address with each reservation.
  • Our Cancellation Policy is if for any reason you should need to cancel your reservation, there is a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. If the cancellation occurs before forty-five days prior to your scheduled arrival, your initial deposit less the cancellation fee will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within forty-five days of your arrival, all monies paid toward the reservation will be retained unless the unit can be rented for the same dates and number of days of your entire reservation. If the unit is re-rented during your original reservation, your full deposit, less the cancellation fee, will be returned.

Amenities Our condo is in the Lances West complex on Broken Lance Drive - just one block west of Main Street on the south end of town. Directly across the street is a stop for the free shuttle bus that can take you to places throughout town and even connect you to free bus services to other area resorts such as Keystone, Arapaho Basin, Copper Mountain. The shuttle can get you closer to the lifts if you chose not to walk or it can bring you home after a long day of skiing. Through the shuttle services you can also visit the towns of Frisco, Dillon and Silverthorne - home of the Factory Outlet Stores. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of cookware, utensils and dishes to make everything from a Thanksgiving feast to macaroni and cheese (our kids' favorite). The refrigerator has an icemaker. We have a full range, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, coffee maker and a large pantry too. We have wireless high speed internet access.

There is cable TV in both the bedroom and living area. The living area has a VCR and we have board games, books and even sleds. Our condo is professionally cleaned and we provide towels and linens for you use during your stay. There are also coin operated laundry facilities in our building. For the comfort of all our guests, please no smoking or pets. As mentioned earlier, we have a cozy gas fireplace, a beautiful back balcony to sit on, the large outdoor pool with huge hot tubs and saunas. We also have an answering machine and ironing board with iron for your convenience and don't forget the games and books too. There is so much to do in Breckenridge! It is the ideal vacation any time of the year! There is downhill skiing just steps away, cross country skiing, snowboarding, ice-skating, sledding, snow-shoeing, snow mobile tours, dog sleds and more for the outdoor enthusiasts in the winter.

Area Fabulous shopping and exquisite or casual dining are year round treats. The spring, summer and fall bring hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, fishing, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, golf, tennis, horseback riding, alpine slides, theater, concerts, half-pipe skateboard park and much more! Our condo is located in the Lances West complex one block west of Main Street on the south end of town. There is parking by permit only - one vehicle per unit. It is a 400 yard walk west to the Peak 9 Lifts and Maggie Pond where in the winter you can ice skate and in the summer you can paddle boat while listening to concerts. Two blocks north of our condo is the beginning of all the exquisite shops along Main Street. There is indoor/outdoor ice skating three blocks to the east and sledding about a 15 minute walk away.

Skiing Information:

Golf Information: A small local grocery store is located about 6 blocks away but a larger grocery store at the other end of town is on the bus route or is a 35-40 minute walk. Breckenridge is about a 20 minute drive to the marina of Lake Dillon where boats, kayaks, and canoes can all be rented. There are over 50 miles of bike trails throughout Summit County that start just a few blocks from the condo and can take you all the way to Vail. Hiking trails are just up the slope of the resort as it backs to National Forest. We are happy to answer any other questions you may have about particular activities you are interested in and can give you referrals for many services.
