There is also a 50' Plasma TV in the living room for your viewing pleasure. The patio has a glass enclosure for maximum viewing and top of the line high seating Jordan Patio Furniture. Barbecue on the patio (or the garden patio off the kitchen) listening to the waves crashing or take a quiet stroll on the bluff or along the beach at sunset. The new third bedroom, family room addition has magnificent whitewater ocean views, a 3rd bathroom with shower, two skylights, a loft and is very spacious. The state of the art kitchen has center island, granite counters, travertine floors, and top of the line appliances. The bathrooms are all done in travertine and St Guardens metals to add a touch of elegance. The master bath has Jacuzzi tub and a shower.
