Sunset Captiva ~ is a is a private community of 59 single family “stilt” beach homes located on the Gulf of Mexico side of Captiva Island in the heart of its Old Florida style village. Seven homes are beachfront. There are some bay side condominiums, which represent Sunset Captiva Harborside with beautiful views of the bay. The Homes in Sunset Captiva are a 0 to 5-minute walk to the beach, the condos are 5-10 minutes to the beach. All of Captiva's lovely shops and restaurants are in walking distance.
