This is the unit to rent! Located at the South end of New Smyra on the no-driving portion of the beach, this spacious unit feels huge with high ceilings and an open layout. The unit is in a newer building with only 20 units. Covered parking for your vehicle and an elevator to whisk you to your unit. This is a secure building, so you never have to worry about unwanted visitors. The unit is in pristine condition and is only rented on a limited basis each year. All appliances are newer and work great. New dishes, glasses, cooking and eating utensils. Ipod dock that sends music to four wireless speakers throughout the unit. All you need to bring are your clothes - everything else you need is already here!
