The house overlooks the ocean with dramatic Carribbean views. The house has a vaulted ceiling great room with dining area and living room. The common areas of the house are trade winds Caribbean cooled- open, sheltered by high ceilings with ceiling fans and large overhangs . Bedrooms and baths have windows, sliders, screens, ceiling fans. An old manual shift jeep and a golf cart are provided for on road transportation (no golf!). Well maintained 15+ ft inflatable power boat provided. Boating skills essential for use of boat.

What to bring- Once you arrive in Beef Island at the airport, your costs beyond the rental price of the Island House are limited to food, alcohol and gas for the boat. Generally we bring our meats, cheeses, and other delicacies from the USA in a small cooler. Other provisions are readily available on Tortola and Beef Island. Given the restraints of the boat and the bedrooms the maximum rental capacity is 4 people, ideally a single family or two couples.

Requirements Sense of adventure, need of relaxation, relative self-sufficiency, power boating experience and appreciation of simple pleasures that beautiful scenery and privacy bring.
