The nearly new 3000 sq. ft. house features a private heated pool, guest cottage, tile throughout, and great views of the beautiful gulf waters. Listen to your favorite CD with the surround sound system both inside and out. The pool area includes an outdoor shower, large gas grill, chaise lounges, and many chairs to enjoy the sun. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player with cable, and the bunk room has a TV/DVD combo with cable. Destin Commons outdoor shopping mall, with stores like Bass Pro Shop, Abercrombie & Fitch, Victoria’s Secret, Talbots, Books A Million, and a 14 movie stadium seating theater, along with countless fantastic restaurants! Walking distance to nearly everything you could want on your vacation including Camille’s Restaurant for your morning coffee. Your vacation time here is sure to be relaxing and enjoyable. Sleeps 16.

Other notes Refundable Damage Deposit Is $500 and is returned to you within 2 weeks after inspection. You must be 25 years old to rent. NO unaccompanied children or adults under 25 years old.
