Residents enjoy the 2.2-acre catch & release fishing lake with wooden pier and lakeside trail, splash fountain, 25-meter swimming pool, and shallow play pool, with convenient poolside restroom. The park also features a children’s playground, full basketball court, sand volleyball court, grassy play areas, picnic ramadas with barbecues, an event pavilion and a 10-acre soccer complex with three different fields. The 4000 sq. ft. Ranch House clubhouse is home to the Community Association Office and full time activity director.

The Barn & Trailside Community Park The new 7.3-acre Trailside Community Park is the site of a second community clubhouse, pool, 2-acre catch-and-release fishing lake, lakeside trail with sidewalks linking up with a greenbelt trail and two shaded picnic pavilions.
