  • Our large master bedroom is upstairs with a balcony overlooking front yard and nice neighborhood near beach! Master bedroom has light yellow walls and white trim and has a white wicker queen bed, walk in full bath with tub, wicker nightstand and wicker 5-drawer chest, wall mirror, yellow chair and 30' color cable tv and DVD. Second bedroom upstairs is painted in Bermuda green with white trim and has a white wicker queen bed, walk in full bath with tub, wicker nightstand and wicker 5-drawer chest. The third large bedroom upstairs is painted light blue with white trim and has 2 white wicker queen beds, walk in full bath with tub, wicker nightstand and wicker 5-drawer chest. Our fourth large bedroom is downstairs and is painted light blue with white trim and has a balcony and porch overlooking private pool in backyard, 2 white wicker queen beds and walk in full bath with tub, 19” color cable tv with stereo.

  • Our rental house has three porches (two in front and one in back), private pool, 4 large bedrooms with 8 beds (6 queen beds and 2 double size futons in den). 2 master suites, 4.5 full baths (3 upstairs and 1.5 downstairs) and sleeps 16. Covered 4-car parking under house. New hardwood floors in den, dining and kitchen areas. 2600 heated square feet, 2800 total square feet. Lot size is approx. 5550 square feet. Brand new house was built and completed in December 2008. Painted in 'Beachy' Bermuda colors. House was never lived in prior to new owners - Hines purchasing it in August 2009 and renting it (weekly rentals from April through September, and monthly rentals from October through March). All furniture, appliances, decor, pool, everything in home is brand new! No Pets, No Smoking, Renter must be 1-3 single families (no singles or groups), over 22 years old and maximum of 16 people. Our raised beach house also has two rubberwood futons in den (double size bed) a new recliner, a dining table with eight chairs in den and 4 barstools by kitchen counter and beachy decor. Large open den and kitchen great for family room! Den also has a new 32' flat screen HDTV color cable tv, DVD and stereo. 8 beds total - sleeps 16 max. New clothes washer and dryer in upstairs hall. All new appliances (dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel refrigerator, flat top range, 2 HVAC systems, water heater, clothes washer and dryer, and 5000 gallon pool system). Fenced in back yard with private pool and great for sunning all day. Spend your lazy days sitting on the front porch peeking at the ocean or the BIG back porch overlooking the pool. So close to the beach that you won’t even need a golf cart. Rate includes all taxes, utilities, clean linens, clean towels, professional cleaning before and after your stay and no other costs. You must be a single family(s), no pets, no smoking, over 22.

Things to Do in Garden City / Myrtle Beach 2 min. walk to ocean from house. 2-min. walk to the oceanfront Conch Cafe! 5-10 min. drive to either Surfside Beach Pier or Garden City Beach Pier! 5- 10-min. drive north to the new Boardwalk, new Freestyle Music Park on Hwy. 501 beside the intracoastal waterway, new Market Commons shops, bars, restaurants beside MB International Airport, Coastal Grand Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Pavilion, The Palace. 15-min. drive to NMB and Barefoot Landing & House of Blues live bands. 5-10 min. drive to MB parks, clubs, restaurants, outlet stores, shops, mall, grocery, golf courses, theaters, near everything! No pets, no smoking, must be 22 years old with valid driver's license, 1-3 families or 1-3couple, max. occupancy 16. You can also use the amenities at the nearby Bluewater Resort, Ocean Park Resort, and Palace Resort-approx. 10 min. drive to the north, as we also own other condos in Myrtle Beach.
