Further Details for the condo in Myrtle Beach Area, South Carolina, USA
Advantages Booking directly with us (the owners) means you have flexible check in and out times, more amenities, less hassle and less added fees. There are no processing fees or linen fees as we provide everything needed plus access to our owners closet with tons of extras. We accept all forms of payment and you can even e-mail back the rental agreement. Our condo is oceanfront on the 14th floor of The Prince with fantastic views on both sides. You can see the ocean from the upscale kitchen, dining room, living room, and master bedroom. Even from the Master bathroom so you can blow-dry your hair (blow dryers provided) and see the ocean or listen to the waves while taking a bath in the deep garden tub. The showers are large with bowed rods and delta faucets which provide good water pressure and we have never run out of hot water.
Features The way the glass is angled, you can lay in bed and have a perfect view of the ocean (I many have pictures of the sunrise if you want to see them). It is also angled from the other side so your view from the couch is fantastic as well. There are 2 entries onto the balcony, one from the master bedroom and one from the living room (both with ceiling fans). You might want to sleep on the queen sized sleeper sofa just for the view and sound of the waves. The unit is high enough up that you do not get noise from the people at the tiki bar, pools and hot tubs 14 floors below you but you can still keep an eye on them from your balcony. Go down to the wide beach area on either side of the pier which has a nice gradual slope into the ocean. The Prince has 2 separate pool areas with 4 pools (2 for adults, 2 for kids), a heated lazy river and 4 hot tubs.
Surroundings The entire area is well lit & safe with security cameras monitor by on site security as well as privately hired Excalibur Security officers walking around making sure everything stays safe. There are plenty of showers (6) for you to rinse off after you come back from the beach but grab an ice cream cone first. You can also go to the 9th floor pool deck in tower two which you see from the hallway to our unit. It is a large area that is never very crowded & has another gorgeous view. It sits above the parking deck which is huge, safe with cameras and covered. You can also park in the lot across street for free if you want to see your car from the room. Free parking is adjacent to The Prince if you don't want to cross the street. The city has permanent yellow cones in place at the crosswalk to the parking deck which state that pedestrians get right of way. Most of the traffic turns south down Ocean Blvd from Sea Mountain Hwy because going North dead ends. You can also take the trolley.
Golf Information: We have golf coupons in the condo as well as contacts for discounts plus you can book with the front desk for better rates.
