We charge a flat rate of $3,227.00 for reservations covering Christmas or New Year's Holiday. This rate covers up to 7 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal nightly rate. Christmas reservations must vacate by December 29 and New Years reservations cannot arrive earlier than December 29. Reservations which include both Christmas and New Years are billed a flat rate of $6,454.00 and cover up to 14 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal rate. - All rates quoted are based upon six (6) person occupancy and are charged based upon the number of nights you stay.
Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights.
Minimum requirement for Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter and BYU Graduation (Spring) is 7 nights.
Minimum requirement for Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights.
Add $15.99 daily charge for each additional guest over six (6) person occupancy up to a maximum of ten (10) people, including children over 1 year of age.
Two (2) parking stalls are provided for this vacation rental home. Extra parking may be ordered through our secure online reservations system.
Add a one-time, non-refundable, $150.00 cleaning fee to all reservations.

More about Ehukai Hale This updated 'Hawaiian style' cottage circa 1930s has a dramatic 'wall of windows' in the main living area overlooking the ocean and Hauula Bay. The main portion of the house is an air conditioned & spacious two bedroom, one bathroom area with porcelain tile floors throughout. It features a complete, modern, open and renovated kitchen with granite countertops, sealed top stove/range, dishwasher, built-in microwave, fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals. The kitchen opens to the living area with a convenient breakfast bar/nook while enjoying direct ocean views. The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and also has wrap-around breath-taking ocean views. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. In the dining room area the original red wood beams have been exposed and creative lighting illuminates the ceiling. The master bedroom & 2nd Bedroom both have Sealy pillow-top queen size beds & A/C.
More about Ehukai Hale The other part of the home, which can be used as a separate studio or 'in-law' is a spacious (500+ sf living area) bedroom and bathroom suite with ceramic tile floors throughout. The kitchen and bathroom were both completely remodeled in early November 2006. The open kitchen has maple cabinetry and granite countertops, a full size stove/range, built-in microwave, full size fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals. The kitchen opens to the living area with a convenient breakfast bar/nook. The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys direct ocean views. There is a queen size futon and teak dining table in the living area, all illuminated by a large sky light. The bed area has a queen size bed just 20 feet away from the gentle surf. This part of the also has a ceiling fan and individually controlled, ultra quiet mini-split air conditioning for your comfort, but the best part is the bed just 20ft from the sea.
More about Hale Koolau We have owned and operated these properties for two generations. We have operated as Hale Koolau LLC for nearly a decade, however prior to this change of entity we operated the business as sole proprietors, accommodating thousands of guests over the years. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau of Hawaii with an A+ rating, member of the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce, and have an 'excellent' rating on TripAdvisor. Guests who stay with us get more than just a place to sleep at night, they get their own beach house on the North Shore of Oahu. We have 450 linear feet of oceanfront property giving our guests plenty of room to lounge in the sun while being cooled down by the gentle breezes of the South Pacific Ocean. We also have four hot tubs on the property plus kayaks, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and complimentary high-speed internet.
Golf Information: We are only 10 minutes from the World Class Golf Courses at Turtle Bay Resort and an amazing oceanfront municipal golf course at Kahuku. See owner's direct website for more details.
